Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Postage is free for all UK orders over £25, or £2.95 for smaller orders. Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail. However, depending on size and weight, some items may be delivered via our courier service.
Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 7 working days of acceptance of your order. During busier periods this may be slightly longer, we will notify you if there is a delay.
Returns
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation and packaging so that we can make a claim against the carrier's insurers. Please contact us within 48hours of delivery by e-mail, post or telephone so we can rectify the situation for you and organise a return of the damaged item.
Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.
If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Providing the products are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, you can return an item along with a copy of your invoice for a refund of the product cost. In this event you are responsible for the postage cost and safe delivery of the items.
Please note that CD’s and DVD’s must have their original seals intact.
