December 2020 - New Year update!
Sadly, as a "non-essential" retailer, we have been instructed to close again from the 31st December under the Government lockdown measures placing South Staffs and the West Midlands into Tier 4.
In the meantime we'll continue to clean and sanitise the shop whilst we are selling online through our website.
As soon as these rules change again we aim to re-open as below:
With the easing of lockdown and new regulations allowing non essential retailers to re-open we wanted to reassure our customers that we're prioritising your safety and ours. With newly formed 'Best Practices' from the government being released, we will ensure we action regular updates in line with government recommendations.
Customer Safety -
We are open again Monday to Saturday 10.30am til 4.00pm. Please note we are closed on Sundays.
The numbers of customers allowed in the shop at one time is monitored to allow everyone to observe social distancing of 2 metres and floor markings are clearly displayed to assist.
On entry, hand gel is available with freshly sanitised shopping baskets for your use.
At the tills we have screens in place and contactless payment is available.
Due to the nature of craft materials there is no risk with handling our products. We are taking great care in our personal and working hygiene.
Our couriers Hermes and the Royal Mail are continuing to operate and we have been assured that they are taking all the necessary precautions recommended. Parcels that will not fit through your letterbox may be left outside for you after knocking the door.
