3. Duties and Local Taxes
Our site is primarily intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom. All prices quoted include Vat at the current rate.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Postage is free for all UK orders over £15, or £2.99 for smaller orders. Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail. However, depending on size and weight, some items may be delivered via our courier service. Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 7 working days of acceptance of your order. During busier periods this may be slightly longer, we will notify you if there is a delay.
5. Damage in Transit, Returns and Refunds
All our parcels are carefully packed to ensure you receive your goods in the best possible condition. However, If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation and packaging so that we can make a claim against the carrier's insurers. Please contact us within 48hours of delivery by e-mail, post or telephone so we can rectify the situation for you and organise a return of the damaged item. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.
6. Returns for Cancellations and Unwanted Items
If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Providing the products are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, you can return an item along with a copy of your invoice for a refund of the product cost. In this event you are responsible for the postage cost and safe delivery of the items. Please note that CDs and DVDs must have their original seals intact.
7. Goods not Available for Shipment
Although we endeavour to keep reasonable stock of all of our products, it may be possible for some goods not to be in stock at the time you place your order. In the event that we cannot ship your goods within two to three working days of receipt of your order, we will contact you by email to advise you of the situation and ask whether we should proceed with the transaction.
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied by customers strictly confidential. Any other information supplied to us may be stored on our computer system for our convenience, but will never be supplied to any outside agency.
We endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service. If something should go wrong please contact email@example.com. We welcome your comments as it enables us to continually improve our service. We will reply to you within 5 working days, normally with an immediate resolution. We try to be as environmentally conscious as possible and in doing so we will re-use packaging wherever we can. You may find that we have re-used a supplier box, padded envelope or other packaging such as plastic bags or filling in your order. We also re-use any void fill such as polystyrene chips, bubble wrap and air filled bags that we receive from suppliers. We don?t buy these particular types of void fill ourselves as they are not so environmentally friendly, however, we feel that the more use we can make out of such packaging products, before they are put into landfill, the better!
